Terms & Conditions — m99win Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "Player") and m99win (hereinafter "m99win", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the m99win website located at https://m99win.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from using any of the Services.

m99win operates under international gaming licences issued by recognised gaming jurisdictions. We do not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority. No such regulatory framework for online gambling currently exists in Malaysia. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction of residence before registering or placing wagers.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on m99win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. m99win enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activities on the Platform, consistent with the age requirements imposed by our international licensing jurisdictions.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for entertainment purposes, using funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any national or platform-level self-exclusion register, including through any previous self-exclusion request submitted to m99win.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently banned from the m99win Platform.
• You are not employed by, or acting as an agent of, m99win or any affiliated entity.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may not be legal in your jurisdiction of residence and that you bear sole responsibility for verifying compliance with your local laws.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the m99win Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. m99win reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time, and particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password at all times.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses or uses your Account.
• Immediately notifying m99win at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless and until m99win has been notified of a security breach and has had reasonable time to take appropriate action.

m99win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure. Failure to do so does not diminish your responsibility for Account activity.

m99win accepts deposits through the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC)

All deposit methods must be registered in your own legal name. m99win does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments, or accounts where the beneficial owner cannot be verified. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be reversed and the Account may be suspended for investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion page. There is no general maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits which are beyond m99win's control.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit to your Account. m99win does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not associated with your verified identity.

All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your Account identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed and approved, including submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with the balance you wish to withdraw must be fully satisfied.
• Your Account must not be subject to any open investigation, fraud review, or security hold.
• Your requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your Account tier's applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limits.

m99win will use commercially reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes from approval.
• Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours from approval.
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 15–45 minutes from approval, subject to network congestion.

These timeframes are estimates only and may be longer during periods of high platform activity or for accounts subject to additional compliance review. m99win is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or blockchain network conditions.

m99win offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus credits may only be used to place wagers on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute towards wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• The minimum deposit required to activate a bonus is stated on each promotion page. Deposits below the stated minimum will not trigger the bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• m99win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, or placing hedged bets to reduce genuine wagering risk — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on m99win are governed by product-specific rules available in the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

m99win reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at obviously incorrect odds, as a result of a technical malfunction, or in circumstances where the outcome of an event was known or reasonably knowable at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

For live betting (in-play) markets, all bets are final once confirmed, subject to m99win's right to void bets in the circumstances described above. m99win is not responsible for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play betting decisions.

All casino games on m99win operate on certified, independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). The Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions or players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m99win Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-person restriction.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by m99win.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to place bets, exploit system vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider betting activity.
• Using the Platform to launder funds, process illicit proceeds, or in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) legislation.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other game where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Attempting to circumvent any technical measure, geo-restriction, or access control implemented by m99win.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m99win support staff or other users in any communication channel.

m99win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your Account settings.

Self-exclusion requests are permanent or time-limited, as chosen by the Player. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded from m99win must not attempt to create a new Account during the exclusion period; any such accounts discovered will be immediately suspended and balances returned.

m99win enforces strict age verification procedures to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. If m99win has reason to believe that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification.

m99win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold, forfeit, or return any Account balance, at our sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms by the Account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Identification of the Account as a duplicate of another registered Account.
• Chargebacks filed by the Account holder against deposits previously made to the Platform.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory direction.

Where an Account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, m99win will conduct an internal investigation before determining the final disposition of any balance held at the time of suspension. The Player will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting m99win support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m99win, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

m99win's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

m99win does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. m99win is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit m99win's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content on the m99win Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "m99win", logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of m99win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without m99win's prior written consent.

m99win collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

m99win will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of the Services. m99win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, m99win will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently modified. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the international gaming jurisdiction under which m99win holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through m99win's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall limit m99win's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of m99win's intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Players acknowledge that accessing the Platform from certain jurisdictions, including Malaysia, may constitute a violation of local law and that m99win cannot be held responsible for a Player's failure to comply with local legal requirements.
